Bravo Dr. Tiff!🤛🏻👏🏻 I’m so proud of you! And so happy. Yes being clear headed, having clarity, being able to enjoy and partake of life and joy and fun without getting a buzz! And without the remorse and regrets the day after. !I have been sober for 39.5 years!! I suppose it sounds like a long time but the time has flown by! I thank God every day for my gift of sobriety! It’s maybe my biggest accomplishment, but I know it’s actually God’s. He had a purpose for me. Thank you for having the courage to bare your soul so this message can reach people who are struggling. Life is sooooo much better on this side 🥰

    1. Thank you and congrats to you on your journey as well 🤍
