Your body is talking to you – are you listening!? This week on the podcast, I’m following up on Cal’s episode (she was on last week and it was INCREDIBLE – listen to it with your teens!), bringing my perspective to the commonly misunderstood phenomenon of self-care.

So many times when we’re feeling run down, we assume it’s because our body is tired, so we try to treat the body with a nap or a coffee. More often than not, that exhaustion is telling us to take a mental break – and no – that doesn’t always mean stopping everything for a guided meditation.

Your body is telling you what it needs (including the brain and heart parts of the body ?) and in this episode I go over how to hear that voice, how to decipher what it’s asking you to do, and how to finally move out of that nagging exhaustion.
