I know a lot of us are struggling with time management and trying to maximize our quarantine days – so I wanted to talk to the QUEEN of self-scheduling (a.k.a. my daughter), Callyn Johnson about her tried-and-true techniques. Not many people associate a schedule with freedom, but Callyn learned early on that time blocking allows for exactly that. She’s never struggled with self-discipline, but it does take work, and today she shares with us the many benefits of planning your time, and her favorite ways to do it.
